For this edition of the race Simon Manning and I will be looking after safety.
As per the Notice of Race we will be conducting pre-race safety inspections in the week prior to the race.
To enable us to make a schedule for these inspections we need the following:
- The name of the YNZ inspector you plan or have used for your Cat 1 inspection – the same inspector cannot do your race pre-check.
- Where your boat will be berthed the week before the race – marina name and berth. If you are renting a berth the marina name is sufficient.
At the moment we plan to have two inspection sessions:
Saturday May 26 and Thursday May 31.
